Gorgeous picture, well done on the coloring, the only thing I'm going to point out is that its not only the wait that looks small, but her boddy in proportion to her head is a bit off, but not enough to throw the picture off, so its still a great picture ^.^

Sorry if this seemed a bit critical, I'm used to helping one of my artist friends figure out what he needs to work on to improve, so it kind of becomes second nature now.
